Wayne is a business owner and holds the role of President and CEO for Spectrum Technology Solutions. Spectrum provides managed IT and cloud services for businesses in the Phoenix metro area. Wayne is responsible for both the visionary and pragmatic concerns of the business and for leading, and designing effective strategies. Wayne enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. They both enjoy traveling, attending various cultural events, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.

Gloria Klug

VP of Business Development


Gloria is a business owner and holds the role of VP of Business Development for Spectrum Technology Solutions. Spectrum provides managed IT and cloud services for businesses in the Phoenix metro area. In her role, she is responsible for producing markets and generating sales for the organization. When she’s not working she spends time with her daughter. She also likes reading, going on vacation with her husband, exercising, hiking, running, spending time with her family and friends, and playing with her puppies.

Jason McConnell

Managed Services Manager


Jason is the Managed Services Manager and is responsible for the technical support team at Spectrum Technology Solutions. His educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and a Master's Degree in Project Management. He also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, a Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) certification, and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification and he's an active member in the Project Management Institute. Jason has always been drawn to technology and has experience in a variety of different areas ranging from inter-networking technology support to some software development and database administration. When not at work, Jason enjoys spends time with his amazing daughter and border collie. Jason also enjoys a variety of performing arts, learning, riding horses, racquetball, and camping. Jason enjoys his work at Spectrum and is excited to work for a company that is genuinely helping their clients maintain profitability through IT support.

Collin Apodac

Professional Services Manager


Collin is the Professional Services Manager for Spectrum Technology Solutions. He has been in the technology field for over ten years and continues to broaden his knowledge every day. He enjoys cooking, fishing, painting, attending Boy Scouts with his children, and general geek behavior. His mission is to always look for new ways to offer better and more secure services to the clients he serves. His favorite part of working at Spectrum Technology Solutions is the friendly environment that makes everyone feel like family; resulting in an excelling workplace.

Lisa Wojcik

Executive Administrative Assistant


Lisa is the Executive Administrative Assistant at Spectrum Technology Solutions. Her duties include Accounting and HR. She really enjoys working at Spectrum because of the friendly family atmosphere. She has traveled extensively and enjoys taking trips with her mother and sister. She also loves to read and write, listen to music, and spend time with her family.
